I am a Canadian photographer and writer with over 6 years of experience.

This website is home to the work I do as a freelance photographer and creative writer. I document fellow humans in real life through an intimate and personal archival portrait lens. From weddings to head shots, modern families and friendly tribes, craftsmen/women to plates of spaghetti - I've shot them all, all over the globe.

I provide my technical knowledge and creative direction while concentrating on capturing candid moments. I create the conditions to produce natural and authentic posed images to balance this archival approach. I then, look for opportunities to include details that establish a sense of time and place in the collection I create for you.

Before becoming a Photographer, I was originally trained as an Esthetician and worked in the beauty industry for over 6 years (with a ton of cool coordinator level positions scattered between them). I believe that my journey from Esthetician to Photographer is actually more connected than what seems obvious.

I love raw beauty. I love natural light and how it makes our skin glow. I love a beach and what the ocean does to your hair. I love people who you can tell, smell good. I also love parties and entertaining, food and drinks, travel and new experiences, the rawness of real life, and of course photography and writing. Above all else, I am a wife, a daughter, a friend, an aunt, a teacher, and an endless student of life.

I do what I love everyday and I am so very lucky for that. Anyone who gets me should absolutely contact me, I’m convinced we’ll do something really incredible together.

I wanted to do something, anything, so I did this. this is my something
